The primary aim of the YRITTÄJÄPOLVENVAIHDOS Project is to ensure business owners in the Lapland Area find the appropriate human resources to succeed them. This aim could be sub-defined in two categories
DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES:
- To create an entrepreneur generation exchange model, which concentrates on finding the potential continuer for the entrepreneur (who is ready to transfer his/her business) amongst the students of the schools involved.
INSTANT OBJECTIVES:
- Support the entrepreneur generation exchange process (encouraging students to become entrepreneurs and helping entrepreneurs to give up their companies)
- Creating a network between companies and students
- Diversified entrepreneurship study wholeness, which can be implemented in schools and companies.
